William Welborn Parmer 
William Welborn was born about 1840. William Welborn's father was George Wesley Parmer and his mother was Reichly Kent. His paternal grandfather was Joseph Parmer; his maternal grandfather was Henry Kent. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin Clark, Littleberry J., Jacob, Martha, Elizabeth, Mary, Eliza and Caroline. He was the youngest of the nine children.
