Quay Parmer

Quay was born on April 19th, 1912. Quay's father was Ivery Pearl Parmer and his mother was Willie Mae Reeves. His paternal grandparents were Moses Edward Parmer and Lydia Ann Ella Avery Parmer. He had a brother and a sister, named Ronald and Eleanor. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 87 on August 30th, 1999.
