Jacob Parmer

Jacob was born about 1794 in Hancok Co, GA. Jacob's father was Joseph Parmer. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Parmer. He had three brothers named Benjamin, Ephraim and George Wesley. He was the second youngest of the four children. Jacob is no longer alive.
