Arthur Mancy Parmer

Arthur Mancy was born on September 18th, 1889. Arthur Mancy's father was Moses Edward Parmer and his mother was Lydia Ann Ella Avery Parmer. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Parmer and Adaline Baker. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Armour L., Ivery Pearl, Judson David, Coursey H., Minnie, Alice Jane and Annie Edna.
