John Morton

John was born about 1617 in Leiden, Holland. John's father was George Morton and his mother was Julianna Carpenter. His paternal grandparents were George Morton and Catherine Boun; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Carpenter and Priscilla Dillen. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Nathaniel, Ephraim, Patience and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the five children.
