Isaac Neil McMillian

Isaac Neil was born on May 23rd, 1877 in Neshoba Co, MS.  Isaac Neil's father was John A. McMillion   ***. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William Francis Lee, Barton Wesley, Samuel Edgar, John Mathis, James Isaac, Andrew Milton, Robert Ross, Mary Nancy, Martha Anna, Emma Alice and Euvinia Miriam  (Vin or Vinnie).  He was the third oldest of the twelve children.  Isaac Neil is no longer alive.
