James I King of England

James I was born in 1566.  James I's father was Lord Henry Stewart Darnley and his mother was Mary Queen of Scots.  His maternal grandparents were James V King of Scotland and Mary de Guise.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 59 in 1625.

They had a daughter named Princess Elizabeth.
