Robert Jordan 
Robert was born in 1541 in Melcombe, Dorset, Eng. Robert's father was Thomas Jordan and his mother was Agnes Burte. His paternal grandparents were Robert II Jordan (Jourdaine) and Jane Coker; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Burte ***. He had two sisters named Jane and Cicilie (Cecily). He was the oldest of the three children.
