Penny Frazier

Penny was born about 1809 in Randolph, NC. Penny's father was Thomas N. Frazier and her mother was Elizabeth Fowler. Her paternal grandparents were George Thomas Frazier and Mary Pugh; her maternal grandparents were John Fowler and Hannah Sutton. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Daniel, William, Nancy, Lucy, Elizabeth and Malinda. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
