Isaac Frazier

Isaac was born about 1766.  Isaac's father was George Thomas Frazier and his mother was Mary Pugh. He had six brothers and two sisters, named George, Thomas N., David, John, Francis, James, Elizabeth and Rachel.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
