Rawkey was born on August 17th, 1571 in Colyton, Devon, Eng. Rawkey's father was Robert Dolbere and his mother was Agnes Sampson. His paternal grandfather was Robert Dolbair; his maternal grandparents were Nicholas Sampson and Alyce Leslande. He died at the age of 70 on November 12th, 1641 in Colyton, Devon, Eng.-
