Joseph Doane 
Joseph was born on April 23rd, 1697 in Newton Bucks Co, PA. Joseph's father was Daniel Doane and his mother was Mehitable Twining. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Doane and Constance Snow. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Daniel, Elijah, Israel, Eleazor, Rebeca, Elizabeth and Lydia. He died at the age of 86 in 1783 in Cane Creek, Chatham, NC.-
