Lady Anne was born in 1501 in Blicking Hall, Norfolk, Eng. Lady Anne's father was Sir Thomas Boleyn and her mother was Lady Elizabeth Howard. Her paternal grandparents were William Boleyn and Margaret Butler; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Howard and Elizabeth Tilney. She had a sister named Lady Mary. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 35 on May 19th, 1536 in Tower of London.General Notes
