Thomas Bissell 
Thomas was born in 1628 in Somerset, Eng. Thomas' father was Capt John Bissell and his mother was Elizabeth Thompson. His paternal grandparents were Richard Bissell *** and Margaret Unknown ***; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Thompson and Anne Wells. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Lt John, Samuel, Nathaniel, Mary and Joyce. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 61 on July 31st, 1689.-
