John Jr. Thompson

John Jr. was born about 1740 in Ulster, Ireland.  John Jr.'s father was John Thompson and his mother was Mary.  His paternal grandfather was Samuel Thompson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, Sarah, Anny and Elizabeth.  He died in 1818 in Russell County, Virginia.
