Elvira Payne

Elvira was born on May 23rd, 1895 in Shaw, Ark.  She died at the age of 60 on November 23rd, 1955.  She was buried in Rosemound Cem, Waco, Tx.

‌Elvira and Jesse Wilmer were married in a religious ceremony on December 16th, 1911 in Gholson, Tx.
