John Mitchell

John was born in 1620 in Stratford,Eng.. John's father was Matthew Mitchell and his mother was Sarah (Susan) Butterfield. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mitchell and Elizabeth Clay. He had five brothers and nine sisters, named David, Nathan, Jonathan, Abraham, Matthew, Dorothy, Abigail, Elizabeth, Mary Sarah, Martha, Susanna, Susannah, Hannah and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the fifteen children.
