Joseph Dougan

Joseph was born about 1723 in Donegal,Ireland.  Joseph's father was Thomas Dougan and his mother was Eleanor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Thomas, Mary and Susannah.  He was the youngest of the five children.  He died before 1813.
