Joane De Mortimer 
Joane was born in 1194 in Elmley Castle (Worcestershire, England). Joane's father was Roger De Mortimer and her mother was Isabel De Ferrers. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Mortimer and Maud De Meschines; her maternal grandparents were William De Ferrers and Goda De Toni. She had five brothers named Ralph, Hugh, Roger, Robert and Phillip. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 74 in 1268.-
