BENJAMINE was born in 1697 in PHILADELPHIA, PHILADELPHIA CO., PA. BENJAMINE's father was JAMES COOPER and his mother was HESTER COOPER. His paternal grandparents were GEORGE ASHLEY COOPER and ELIZABETH OLDFIELD. He had five brothers and two sisters, named JAMES, JOSEPH, SAMUEL, WILLIAM, ISAAC, ESTHER and REBECCA. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 79 in 1776 in GRANVILLE CO., NC.-
