Mathias Laen Van Pelt

Mathias Laen was born on April 12th, 1618 in Overpelt, Leige, Belgium.  Mathias Laen's father was Joannes Leanen Van Pelt and his mother was Catherin Bakelmans.  His paternal grandparents were Bartholomeus Laenen and Catherin Baeken; his maternal grandparents were Henricus Bakelmans and UNKNOWN Elizabeth.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 65 in 1683 in New Uchtrect, Long Island, N.Y..

They had a daughter named Tryntje Thyssen Lanen.
