Hugh V was born in 1015 in Lusignan, Venne, France. Hugh V's father was Hugh IV Sire and his mother was UNKNOWN Aldearde. His paternal grandfather was Hugh III Sires; his maternal grandfather was Raoul Thours. He was an only child. He died at the age of 45 on October 8th, 1060.
