Katherin was born in 1285 in Stoneyhurst, Lanceshire, Eng.. Katherin's father was Robert Sherburne and her mother was Alice Blackburn. Her paternal grandparents were John Sherburne and Eve Carlton; her maternal grandparents were John Blackburne and Margaret Holland. She had a brother named John. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 79 in 1364.-
