Richard Leveson 
Richard was born in 1315 in Willenhall, Steffordshire, Eng. Richard's father was Richard Leveson and his mother was Mary Clement. His paternal grandfather was John Leveson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 31 in 1346.
They had a son named John.
