Helga was born in 1074 in Kevelic, Monmouthshire, Wales. Helga's father was Hugh Avranchies and her mother was UNKNOWN Mistress. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Avranchies and Emma Conteville. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Hugh and Geva. She died at the age of 20 on December 13th, 1094.-
