Henry Forwicke 
Henry was born in 1195 in London, Middlesex, Eng. Henry's father was Thomas Forwicke and his mother was Joan Adrain. His paternal grandfather was Ralph Forwicke; his maternal grandfather was John Adrain. He was an only child. He died at the age of 91 on May 19th, 1286.
They had a son named Renald.
