Joan Fitzgerald

Joan was born in 1281 in Fermay, Cork, Irland.  Joan's father was John Fitzthomas Fitzgerald and her mother was Blanch Roche.  Her paternal grandfather was Thomas Fitzmaurice Fitzgerald; her maternal grandfather was John Roche.  She was an only child.

They had a son named James.
