Betty Ann was born on September 14th, 1854. Betty Ann's father was George W. Zike and her mother was Betty Ann Linville. Her paternal grandparents were David Zike and Catherine Smith. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James W., David C., George W., Lewis, Sarah A., Francis C., Mary and Lydia A.. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Howard, Nora P., Aura L. and Ila E.. She died at the age of 14 on June 21st, 1869 in Shelby Co., Indiana.-
