Isaac Milton was born on September 24th, 1851 in Monroe County, Indiana. Isaac Milton's father was Emanuel Chitwood and his mother was Eliza Jane Cox. His paternal grandparents were David Chitwood and Sarah Richardson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named James Marion, John Leander, Nathaniel D., George W., Levina, Elmira E., Francis A. and Minnie F.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 76 on June 1st, 1928 in Monroe County, Indiana.-
