Sarah Stevens 
Sarah was born on January 25th, 1657 in Guilford,New Haven County,Connecticut. Sarah's father was Thomas Stevens and her mother was Mary Fletcher. Her paternal grandparents were John Stevens and Mary; her maternal grandparents were John Fletcher Sr., Deacon and Mary Ward. She had six brothers and five sisters, named James, John, Thomas, Joseph, Ebenezer, Jonathan, Mary, Rebecca, Abigail, Elizabeth and Phebe. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She died before October 6th, 1691.1 General Notes

The wife of Stephen Dodd, son of the first Daniel, was, according to the 1863 Dodd genealogy, Mary, but both Savage and Roberts (CONNECTICUT GENEALOGIES) contradict this, clearly identifying his wife as Sarah Stevens, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Fletcher Stevens. Born at Guilford in 1656/7 on January 25, she married Stephen on May 18, 1678
