PTOLEMY VI PHARAOH's father was PTOLEMY V PHARAOH de EGYPT and his mother was CLEOPATRA de SYRIA. His paternal grandparents were PTOLEMY IV PHARAOH de EGYPT and ARISNOE III de EGYPT; his maternal grandparents were ANTIOCHUS III MEGA KING de SYRIA and LOADICE III de PONTUS. He was an only child.
PTOLEMY VI PHARAOH and CLEOPATRA II were married in a religious ceremony in Married Sister.1 They had a son and two daughters, named PTOLEMY VII PHARAOH, CLEOPATRA III and CLEOPATRA THEA.
