1   Hedwig's father was Henry I. UNKNOWN and her mother was Merchtide Of Ringelheim.  Her paternal grandparents were Otto tI and Hedwige UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was Dietrich CoS H. She had two sisters named Gerberga and Hedwig.  She died after 0965.1
