Sterling Phillip Hamblen 
Sterling Phillip was born on May 6th, 1846 in Decatur, Morgan, AL.1 Sterling Phillip's father was Daniel Holland Hamblen and his mother was Martha Phillips Smith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 83 on February 20th, 1930 in Amarillo, Potter, TX.1
