Ansbertus was born about 0510 in of the Narbonne.¹ Ansbertus' father was Tonantius Ferreolus II and his mother was Industra UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Tonantius Ferreolus Praetorian Prefect of Gaul and Papinilla UNKNOWN. He was an only child. He died in 0570.¹
