I was born about 0736.1 I's father was Halfdan Olafsson and his mother was Asa Eysteinsson. His paternal grandparents were Olaf Ingjaldsson and Solveig Halfdansson; his maternal grandparents were UNKNOWN Eystein and Solveig Halfdansson. He had three brothers named Eysteinn " "Fretr", Eysteinn I "Fretr" and Gudrod. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother named I, "Fret" Halfdansson, King in Norway.1 -
