Gilbert Clare 
Gilbert was born in 1070 in CLARE, ENG.1 Gilbert's father was Richard Clare and his mother was Rohese Giffard. His paternal grandparents were Gilbert Brionne and Constance D'Eu; his maternal grandparents were Walter I Giffard and Ermentrude Flaitel. He had three half-brothers named Gilbert, Gilbert and G. Clare Earl Of. He died at the age of 47 in 1117.1 -
