Gyles Capell

Gyles was born in 1516 in England.¹ Gyles' father was Edward Capell and his mother was Anne Pelham. His paternal grandparents were Giles Capell Sheriff of Essex and Isabel Newton; his maternal grandfather was William, Sir Pelham. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry, William, Elizabeth, Amme, Mary and Grace. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 102 on July 20th, 1618.¹
