Phebe Blackman

Phebe's father was John Blackman and her mother was Elizabeth Goode.  Her paternal grandparents were William Blackman and Dorothy Deeley; her maternal grandparents were John Goode and Anne Bennett.  She was an only child.

They had a son named Jesse, Sr.
