George Wickenden 
George was born about 1792. George's father was Benjamin Wickenden and his mother was Sophie Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Wickenden and Grace Burt. He had three brothers named Benjamin Burt, Joseph and Richard Mitchell. He was the second oldest of the four children.
George and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in 1819 in Lymington, England. They had four daughters named Anne, Harriet Grace, Jane Burt and Mary Augusta.
