Arthur Delbert Swartz 
Arthur Delbert was born on December 7th, 1901 in Norfolk, Virginia. Arthur Delbert's father was Simon Henry Swartz and his mother was Nettie Eugenia Clendenning. His paternal grandparents were Amos Hunsberger Swartz and Veronica Huether; his maternal grandparents were Walter W. Clendenning and Mary Siplr. He had two brothers named Melvin Leroy and Lloyd Ashburn. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 76 on January 23rd, 1978.-
