Thomas Levi Imlay 
Thomas Levi was born on May 26th, 1867 in Salt Lake, Salt Lake Co., Utah, U.S.A..1 Thomas Levi's father was Joseph James Imlay and his mother was Mary Ann Pettit. He was an only child. He died at the age of 52 in 1919.1 General Notes

From information that has been found from a cousin in Utah.. Donald Bruce Robinson, son of Henrie Otto Robinson, Audrey Robinson's brother. Thomas Imlay was a bit of an unstable man. Court records were found in Panquitch, Garfield Co., Utah about Thomas L. Imlay. In 1899 he was charged with raping a 16 year old girl.. no conviction record is recorded. In 1903 he was charged and convicted of adultery and sentenced to 2 1/2 years. Thomas Inlay died in the state mental hospital in 1919, supposedly put there for bigamy but that has not been verified yet.
‌Thomas Levi and Orilla Victoria were married in a religious ceremony on May 17th, 1897 in Panquitch, Garfield Co., Utah, U.S.A..1 They had a son and a daughter, named James Franklin and Minetta Isabella.
