John was born on October 23rd, 1870 in Panaca, Lincoln Co., Nevada, U.S.A..1 John's father was Samuel Henrie and his mother was Hannah Isabella Ellis. His paternal grandparents were William Henrie and Myra Mayall; his maternal grandparents were John Henry Ellis and Harriet Hales. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel Erastus, George, James Arthur, Chester, Harriet Amelia, Margaret, Myra Isabella, Addie Rhoana, Orilla Victoria, Ettie and Louisa. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 83 on February 9th, 1954 in Brigham, Box Elder Co., Utah, U.S.A..1 -
