Maria Eby was born on March 25th, 1861.1 Maria Eby's father was Abraham Huber Groff and her mother was Mary Eby. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Myer Groff and Annie Huber; her maternal grandfather was Isaac Eby. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, Abraham, Jacob, Levi, Leah, Lidiann, Matilda and Hannah. She died at the age of 61 on March 20th, 1923 in Waterloo county, Ontario, Canada.1 General Notes
