Lucien's father was Lazare Fallu and his mother was Licie Pichette.  His paternal grandparents were Lazare Fallu and Tatienne Landry. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Octave, Theodore, Eveline, Genevieve, Lucie and Philomene.
