Harriet Estes

Harriet was born in 1822 in ,, South Carolina.¹ Harriet's father was Allen Toney Estes and her mother was Karen Happuch Massey. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Estes and Mrs. Mary Estes. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Noel Matthew, Allen Calloway, Marshall Allen, A. M., Elmina, Katherine Amanda, Filly Ann and Millie C.. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
