Astrid's father was Erik Bjodaskalle.  Her paternal grandfather was Viking-Kari Sigurdsson. She had four brothers named Carlshead, Jostein, Sigurd and Thorkel Dydril.  Astrid is no longer alive.1

They had a son and two daughters, named Olaf, Ingibiorg and Aastrid.
