David Bergey 
David was born on July 3rd, 1845. David's father was Jacob W. Bergey and his mother was Elizabeth Eby. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Bergey and Elizabeth Wagner; his maternal grandparents were Moses Eby and Barbara Pannebecker. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Nathaniel E., Jacob, Aaron, Leah, Sarah, Susannah, Hannah, Elizabeth and Lydia. He was the oldest of the ten children.
