Tormod Norman was born about 1509 in Scotland. Tormod Norman's father was Alexander Alisdair Crotach MacLEOD and his mother was Miss CAMERON. His paternal grandparents were William Dobh MacLEOD and Miss McLEAN; his maternal grandfather was Ewen CAMERON. He was an only child. He died in March 1584 in Scotland.-
