Sir Walchelin Walter

Walchelin was born in 1010 in Tutbury,England.¹   Walchelin's father was Sir Henry De Ferriers and his mother was Lady Bertha De Ferriers.  His paternal grandfather was Engenulf De Ferriers.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 79 in 1089 in Normandy,France.¹ 

They had a son and a daughter, named Henry and Gundella.
