James Francis Edward, known as The Old Pretender, was born in 1688. The Old Pretender's father was King James II Stuart Of England and his mother was Mary De Modena. His paternal grandparents were King Charles I Stuart Of England and Princess Henrietta Maria De Bourbon Of France. He had a sister named Louisa. He had two half-sisters named Mary II and Anne. He died at the age of 78 in 1766.
They had two sons named The Yound Pretender and Henry Benedict.
